Performance Evaluations Online uses built-in intelligence to help managers write employee performance reviews. It has been designed to help you write complete and effective performance reviews and gives you practical human resources advice to guide you along the way.
Step 1: Create an employee profile.

Step 2: Select the rating language. You can customize the rating text for each rating level.

Step 3: Rate the performance competencies. Click each category on the right and rate the employee for each competency within each category. Each selection adjusts the text in the text box below.

Step 5: Create the review summary. The ratings are automatically calculated, and you choose a summary statement.

Step 6: Plans for improvement. You can choose categories where the employee needs improvement and develop plans for improvement.


Step 7: Final preview. This step gives you the chance to go back and make any changes before you download your results.

Step 8: Download your results. You can select the file type and delivery method. Once downloaded, you can edit the final document before printing.
