WORKSHOP CERTIFICATES AND CONTINUING EDUCATION UNIT (CEU) CERTIFICATES are available on-line for those registrants who attended four or more workshops. Attendance at a minimum of four workshops is required for CEU credit and a continuing record (transcript) will be maintained by Northwood University, Midland, Mich.
To print out your certificate after the 2011 NADA Convention in San Francisco, you will be required to log in at ww2.expocard.com/nad111.
You will be asked for your last name and zip code. Once logged in, you will be presented with a lead-in survey that gathers your demographic information.

Once you complete the lead-in survey, you will see a list of all the tracked sessions you have attended. You may print your certificate at this time, or you may click Logout and return when you are ready. If you are ready to print your certificate, click the Print Certificate button. This action will trigger a survey for each session.
2. You will be asked to complete a survey only once for each session. The certificate will not print until each survey, including the lead-in survey, has been completed. The surveys replace the evaluation cards that you have used at previous NADA Conventions.
3. After you have printed a certificate once, you will be able to log in at a later time and print again.
