It was another eventful year for dealers, ATAEs and NADA, especially in our nation’s capital, where we were reminded again of the importance of maintaining ongoing relationships with our elected officials. We were also reminded of the need to keep educating our representatives on Capitol Hill; the better they understand how our business works, the better able they are to help us and our employees and customers.
