NADA Sales Professional

Welcome to a preview of the National Automobile Dealers Association's self-paced salesperson training program, Automotive Sales Today: Winning the Race. Developed by NADA in response to dealer requests for promoting the professional image of today's automobile salesperson, this is the official training program for NADA's Society of Automotive Sales Professionals (SASP).

A NEW feature to the Salesperson Training and Certification Program is NADA Sales Training for individuals. This is a tremendous opportunity for everyone who has an interest in automotive sales. Before, only NADA dealers could participate in the program and become members of the Society of Automotive Sales Professionals (SASP). So, become a knowledgeable, ethical and customer-focused trained individual and enjoy great success in your career.

The course of study is designed to improve sales skills and communication techniques. A strong emphasis is placed on ethics and knowledge of the federal and state laws that govern automobile sales today — the very things salespeople rely on to earn the trust and confidence of today's educated and savvy consumers.

The complete training program, with six interactive learning modules, 191 minutes of video scenarios, plus the certification exam and state law test are all included on two CD-ROMs. This really is a sales training program that can be taken any time, any place, any pace!
