Its purpose is to dispel myths and stereotypes surrounding the car-buying experience.  Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) is a national partnership of automobile manufacturers and dealers and education departments in many states around the country. Together these groups are helping fill the many open dealership service department positions by preparing students for entry-level positions in dealerships all over the country.
