NADA Headlines, a compilation of the day’s top automotive-retail stories, is published Monday through Friday. The free e-newsletter, which was first introduced in 2000, now has more than 35,000 subscribers, including thousands of industry followers, automakers, suppliers and the media.
Along with top stories, NADA Headlines features original news content, NADA-TV reports, links to interviews featuring NADA leaders, photos, a marketplace of products and services, and timely sponsor/advertising messages. A searchable database of back issues is also available. Here’s a look at who’s reading NADA Headlines:
• Dealers and dealership employees: Of the more than 35,000 subscribers to
NADA Headlines, 24,000 (or 69 percent) are NADA members. Of those, more than 5,000 are dealer principals, and nearly 8,400 are authorized dealership representatives.
• Industry leaders: Nearly 1,500 subscribers, including industry executives, auto enthusiasts and analysts, have signed up to receive
NADA Headlines since October 2008.
• Media members: An average of 112 new subscribers are signing up each month to receive
NADA Headlines, including members of the media who first find out about NADA’s efforts in the public, legislative and regulatory arenas after reading the e-newsletter.
