Publications • Driven Management Series publications are a member benefit. As new publications are released and older publications are updated, one printed copy of each is mailed to members free, with additional copies—provided in printed and down-loadable Portable Document File (PDF) versions—offered at low member prices. PDFs, which are instantly available through your Internet-connected computer, may be convenient for your dealership. All you need to access PDFs is Adobe® Reader®, a free program available on the web.
Videos • NADA video training programs consist of a video and one or two accompanying study guides for the trainee(s) and/or training leader. Study guides reinforce the material and skills presented in the video by providing additional background information as well as individual/group exercises. The study guides you receive with our programs may be photocopied in your dealer-ship, or ordered from NADA University Resource toolbox.
Seminars and Virtual Seminars • In addition to a valuable program of intensive, one-and-a-half-day to two-and-a-half-day seminars, NADA has expanded its lineup of exciting web seminars. NADA is pleased to offer a greater variety of these high-demand web-based workshops, which can be accessed both live and in archived form via Internet connection. Software Products • NADA continues to incorporate computer-based technology in our educational products. Our entire catalog of publications is at your fingertips in the ePubs 2009 Electronic Library, a fully searchable CD. Our interactive, self-paced sales-person training program, Automotive Sales Today: Winning the Race, is offered on CD-ROM. Two online packages deal with vital human resource matters. NADA Policiy Handbooks Online! provides a blueprint for publishing dealership personnel policies, whereas NADA Job Descriptions Online! presents templates for developing customized employee job descriptions. New for 2009 is Performance Evaluations Online! which uses built-in intelligence to help managers write employee performance reviews.
