Lifeline 1: In-Dealership Consultation
Tailored to your needs, NADA in-dealership consulting is an excellent format for in-depth analysis, review, and improvement of your dealership’s operations. Based on an initial phone consultation, NADA will select one of our industry-leading consultants to visit your dealership and meet with you and your staff!
In-Dealership Consultation:
- NADA contacts dealership for an initial phone interview to establish goals for the consultation.
- NADA conducts a 1- to 3-day on-site visit. Duration will be tailored, based on your needs.
- NADA conducts a dealership management meeting to set objectives.
- NADA meets individually with appropriate personnel to discuss departmental performance. Specific remedial suggestions and forms to help managers track performance are provided.
- NADA meets with you to report findings.
- Written report is sent to you with recommendations for improvement.
Fee for option 1: $2,500 per day, plus airfare

Lifeline 2: Telephone-based consultation
NADA telephone-based consulting, professional analysis of your dealership’s financial performance, from the convenience of your telephone, is an excellent format for identifying your dealership’s financial strengths and weaknesses.
Financial Statement Analysis:
- Dealer submits financial statement to NADA.
- NADA runs a financial composite, comparing your financial statement to other dealerships of your size and franchise and to NADA’s exclusive Best-in-Class™ comparisons.
- NADA performs an analysis of the statement.
- NADA conducts a telephone conference with you and appropriate managers to discuss findings and make recommendations.
- Other specific issues are researched and discussed, at the request of the dealership.
- NADA sends the dealership a written report, detailing specific areas of concern and recommends remedial actions.
- Telephone follow-up in 90 days.
