NADA Executive Biography
Anna Arnone is executive director of the National Automobile Dealers Association’s Dealership Operations Group. She is responsible for the administration, representation and supervision of the group’s educational and consulting services, including Management Education, Dealer Candidate Academy, Service Systems, and in-dealership consulting and training.
Arnone oversees development of the association’s Salesperson Certifications program, staging of the convention workshop programs and the association’s Washington Conference, an annual legislative issues forum.
Before being appointed to her current position in November 2001, Arnone served as NADA’s director of management education in dealership operations for 24 years. In that role, she developed educational training programs and workshops for dealership employees.
The National Automobile Dealers Association, founded in 1917 and based in McLean, Va., represents more than 20,000 new car and truck dealers, holding over 43,000 separate franchises, both domestic and import.
