Michelle Primm, managing partner of Cascade Auto Group in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, is an at-large member of NADA's board of directors.
A member of NADA since 2003, Primm currently serves on the association’s Finance, Industry Relations and Regulatory Affairs committees. Primm is a member of the Greater Cleveland Auto Dealers Association board of directors. Previously, she served on the Ohio Auto Dealers Association. She is also a member of the Subaru Regional Dealer Advisory Board.
Active in her community, Primm is an area representative and district trainer for Youth for Understanding, a nonprofit educational organization. She is also involved with a local group called Neighbors for Responsible Land Use and has served on the Landscape and Signage Committee for the city of Cuyahoga Falls. Since 1994 she has served as president and a board member of the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles Department of Public Safety.
Primm attended Kent State University. She holds a bachelor's degree in finance and economics, and she is a graduate of NADA's Dealer Candidate Academy.
