Richard L. Morrison, president of The Morrison Auto Group, which includes Eero Volkswagen of Anchorage Inc., represents Alaska's franchised new-car dealers on the National Automobile Dealers Association's board of directors.
An automobile dealer and a member of NADA since 1985, Morrison currently serves as chairman of the Convention committee and a member of the association’s Government Relations and Industry Relations committees. He is also a board member of the Alaska Automobile Dealers Association (AADA) and serves as a state legislative director for the American International Automobile Dealers Association. Previously, Morrison was chairman of NADA’s Government Relations and Information Technology committees and served on the Dealers Election Action Committee. He is past president of the AADA.
Active in his community, Morrison has received awards from the Better Business Bureau, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the Kiwanis Club, Anchorage Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club from the Mayors Office of Anchorage and Governors Office of Alaska.
