Pete Greiner, vice president of Greiner Ford, Casper, Wyo., represents Wyoming's franchised new-car dealers on National Automobile Dealers Association’s board of directors.
An automobile dealer and a member of NADA since 1973, Greiner currently serves on the association’s Finance and Government Relations committees. He was the association's Treasurer in 2002 and held the position of Executive Committee liaison to NADA's Convention Committee in 2000, He was Ford franchise representative on the Industry Relations Committee from 1999 through 2000. Greiner is a past NADA Region IV vice-chairman and a past president of the Wyoming Automobile Dealers Association.
Greiner is chairman and secretary of the Natrona County Fair Board. He was a member of the board of directors of the Casper Chamber of Commerce and served on the Wyoming State Highway Commission. He is past chairman of the Casper Area Economical Development Alliance.
Active in his community, Greiner is a member of the Meals on Wheels Foundation board.
Greiner earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville.
The National Automobile Dealers Association, founded in 1917 and based in McLean, VA, represents more than 20,000 new car and truck dealers, holding over 43,000 separate franchises, both domestic and import.
