Andrew "Jack" Caldwell Jr., president of Caldwell Toyota, Conway, Ark., represents that state's franchised new-car dealers on the National Automobile Dealers Association’s board of directors.
A new-car dealer since 1974, Caldwell was a trustee of the Central Arkansas Auto Dealers Selective Self Insurance Fund. Caldwell is a past chairman, past vice chairman and past treasurer of the Arkansas Automobile Dealers Association. He is the past president of the Pulaski County Automobile Dealers and a past director of the Reserve Capital Corporation. Caldwell is also a past member of the Pontiac National Dealer Council.
Caldwell is active in many civic organizations and is a past president of the Hope Lions Club, Hope Chamber of Commerce and Hempstead County Industrial Association.
Caldwell has served for nine years on the Arkansas Motor Vehicle Commission where he is a past chairman.
