Todd M. Snell, chief executive officer of Snell Motors, Inc., Mankato, Minn., represents Minnesota’s franchised new-car dealers on NADA's board of directors.
An automobile dealer since 1999, Snell currently serves on the association’s Information Technology and Public Affairs committees. Previously, he served as president of the Minnesota Auto Dealers Association and the General Motors Dealer Council. Active in his community, Snell also serves on the board of directors for his local YMCA and the Educare Foundation, non-profit organization that has provided more than $500,000 in financial support to Mankato Area Public Schools.
Snell earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota at Duluth in 1982.
He currently lives in Mankato with his wife Jackie. He has two children: Hallie, 15, and Hunter, 11.
NADA, founded in 1917 and based in McLean, Va., represents nearly 17,000 new car and truck dealers operating about 37,500 separate franchises, both domestic and international.
