2010 Convention Press Conference Application


 


Companies interested in hosting a press conference during the 93rd annual NADA Convention & Expo in Orlando, Feb. 13-15, may complete the application form below.

All press conferences are 45 minutes in length, and will be held in designated press conference rooms within the Orange County Convention Center. Availability is limited, particularly on Saturday and Sunday. However, NADA will make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. Press conference applications are due Dec. 18, 2009.

As an alternative to a press conference, NADA’s on-site press office in rooms W311 E-H of the Orange County Convention Center offers another opportunity to distribute your news in the form of a press release, press kit or marketing materials. The press office opens at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 12. Press materials may be dropped off at this time.

Notification of Acceptance
Applicants will be notified of the press conference schedule in late December. Information on ordering A/V equipment and catering for the event at your expense will follow.
