Companies interested in hosting a press conference during the 92nd annual NADA Convention & Expo in New Orleans, Jan. 24-27 may complete the application form below.
All press conferences are 45 minutes in length, and will be held in designated press conference rooms within the convention center. Availability is limited -- particularly on Saturday and Sunday -- however, NADA will make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. Press conference applications are due Dec. 17, 2008.
As an alternative to a press conference, NADA’s on-site press office (rooms 244-245 of the New Orleans Morial convention center) offers another opportunity to distribute your news in the form of a press kit or marketing collateral. The press office opens at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 23, 2009. Feel free to stop by and display your materials anytime after that.
Notification of Acceptance
Applicants will be notified of the press conference schedule in late December. Information on ordering A/V equipment and catering for the event will follow.
