Since its inception in 1975, the fund has given more than 4,100 training units in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., for a total donation of more than $2.3 million in grants.
More than 1.9 million people have been trained on Foundation-donated CPR manikins, and countless lives have been saved.
In addition to Resusci-Anne, Resusci-Baby, and Resusci-Junior, which teach cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills, the Little Anne AED training systems donated by the Foundation teach how to properly use the automated external defibrillators located in many public places.
