NextGen ATD helps prepare the dealers of tomorrow by connecting them to other dealers with similar backgrounds, giving them the tools to share ideas and look for ways to improve their business operations. Read the NextGen ATD Spotlight Stories.
The program also helps younger association members, many second-, third- and fourth-generation dealers, make a smoother transition when it’s time for them to lead a dealership.
