NADA Charitable Foundation

December 2007

Daniel B. McLeod, 1947-2008. Served as president of the New Hampshire Automobile Dealers Association from 1988 until this past December. The NHADA Board of Directors named Dan an Ambassador of the National Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation at his retirement celebration in December. "In my career with NHADA, I have been fortunate to meet and work with outstanding individuals in both their business operations and their communities," McLeod said in an interview given before his retirement. "I am totally humbled by the many expressions of gratitude."



 
NADA Director and Region One Vice Chairman Jack Tulley, Tulley Buick-Pontiac-GMC-BMW-Mazda-Volkswagen, presents McLeod with an obelisk in honor of being named an Ambassador of the  National Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation by the NHADA Board of Directors.

Alicia Ragsdale, wife of Carl Ragsdale, vice president of dealership operations for the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), has been named an Ambassador of the National Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation (NADCF) Ambassadors Program. Mr. Ragsdale chose to recognize his wife with an Ambassador donation because "Being an Ambassador comes naturally to Alicia. Contributing her time and talent to her church, her community, and for the last nine years to the NADA family, is just part of her character. This is one small way I can honor her generous spirit."

Gary Reynolds, owner of Reynolds Garage & Marine Inc. of Lyme, Conn. has been named an Ambassador of the National Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation (NADCF) Ambassadors Program. Reynolds holds a Subaru franchise and represents the interests of auto dealers from the state of Connecticut on the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) board of directors.

Bob Weaver, executive vice president of the Tennessee Automotive Association has been named an Ambassador of the National Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation (NADCF) Ambassadors Program. Weaver received the honor from Steve West, owner of West Chevrolet Inc., Alcoa, Tenn. West, a former director for the National Automobile Dealers Association who also served as the association’s secretary, choose to recognize Weaver because "Bob is a giver of himself and always tries to help others. The Ambassador donation in Bob’s name is a small way to continue his legacy of selflessness."
