NADA Launches New Ad Campaign Promoting 'Best Time to Buy' a New Vehicle
NADA has launched Phase II of its “Buy Now” ad campaign called "No Kidding!" Phase I of the campaign was the most extensive public advertising campaign in association history, with TV and radio stations and newspapers providing tens of millions of dollars in free advertising in every state and every major media market (see the video below).
Like the original campaign, the ads reinforce a number of key messages:
• This is a great time to buy
• There are great deals and incentives on vehicles
• Vehicle quality and fuel efficiency have never been better
• Credit is available
• Check with your local dealer
Following is a detailed breakdown of the media response NADA has gotten, including where the ads ran or are currently running:
• In nearly 350 markets
• On 343 TV stations or cable systems
• On 189 radio stations or groups
• In 172 newspapers or publishing groups
• Across the Cars.com consumer site
The tally includes all Gannett-owned local newspapers and TV stations.
